Job summary

Ford in Chihuahua, Mexico requires a Senior Maintenance professional to lead and coordinate the technical maintenance team during shifts, ensuring maximum uptime of assembly lines and strict adherence to TPM/MOS plans and safety standards.

You will rapidly respond to downtime, manage gear such as Nordson SCA dispensing systems and robotic paths (Fanuc/ABB), and ensure proper log of work orders and spares in Maximo for asset integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in electromechanical, mechatronics, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance on automotive shop floor.
• English proficiency: B2–C1–C2.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the technical maintenance team during the shift to ensure maximum operational availability of the assembly lines.
• Respond to unscheduled downtime and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans (TPM/MOS).
• Ensure strict compliance with LOTO/ZES electrical safety and energy isolation standards.
• Log maintenance activities and parts in Maximo Work Order system.
• Coordinate maintenance handover and communicate temporary workarounds and spare parts status.
