Ford in Mexico seeks a Maintenance Engineer to ensure long-term reliability of automated production equipment across the program lifecycle. You will develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, troubleshoot complex systems, and lead root cause analyses.

You will coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Controls, Quality, and OEM teams to sustain 24/7 availability and safe operation, while advancing AI-driven maintenance improvements.

Formación

• 4+ years in automotive electronics manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with automated manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Experience in Maintenance or Controls Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for maintenance and controls systems.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, and OEM teams.
• Validate safety protocols during maintenance activities.
• Maintain backups of control programs and configurations.
