The role collaborates with all functions to meet customer needs and executes continuous improvement initiatives within the Eaton Business System.

The candidate will manage daily production, coordinate resources, train staff, and ensure adherence to EQMS, MESH, ISO standards while fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of experience in assembly operations.
• Experience in people management and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of ELSS, 8D, PDCA problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Assembly area to meet safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost targets.
• Coordinate daily production and production planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using EBS tools.
• Promote zero-accident safety culture and ergonomic practices.
