Job summary

Eaton ES AMER ARS division seeks a Front Line Leader-Assembly to oversee the Assembly area, guiding the team to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost objectives. This role collaborates with functional and service groups to satisfy customer needs, and drives performance toward financial and strategic goals.

The position promotes safety and continuous improvement culture following Eaton's systems, including ELSS and 5S+. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of experience in assembly/leadership roles.
• Experience with continuous improvement and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production.
• Review production planning and attainment.
• Prepare and send the daily production report.
• Resolve safety, quality, and manufacturing issues to meet demand.
• Provide training to improve staff performance.
• Manage attendance, overtime, vacations, and leaves.
• Lead continuous improvement programs using EBS tools.
