DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to partner with Recruiters and Hiring Leaders, build proactive sourcing strategies for critical vacancies, and reference active and passive talent for open searches.

The role focuses on candidate sourcing, networking, and pipeline development across social channels. Responsibilities include maintaining a steady flow of qualified candidates, interacting with candidates on social networks, and using Boolean searches to identify profiles.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a closely related role
• Basic working knowledge of the major functional areas of recruiting and staffing preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience using sourcing and job-posting websites and channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist, and social media outreach highly preferred
• Experience partnering closely with recruiters and hiring leaders on staffing needs preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with the Talent team to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for open positions
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Indeed
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches)
• Develop and communicate referral and hiring incentive programs that are effective and engaging
