Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills. Strong understanding of financial documentation and credit analysis. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote tasks with in-person client consultations. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously. Proficiency with mortgage software and standard office applications. A relevant certification or license in financial services or mortgage lending is preferred. Knowledge of the Cuernavaca real estate market is advantageous.
