Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mortgage origination or related financial services role.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and the lending process.
• Proven ability to assess financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on mortgage options including fixed-rate and adjustable-rate loans.
• Assess client financial eligibility, creditworthiness, and borrowing capacity.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process with complete documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referrals.
• Stay updated on mortgage market trends, rates, and regulations.
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and documents to determine loan eligibility.
• Negotiate loan terms to meet client financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies.
