Citi seeks an entry-level Field Sales Representative to support customer service and achieve sales targets for financial products within the assigned district. You will work with the Consumer Sales Team to build client relationships and match products to needs.

Responsibilities include advising clients, cross-selling a broad range of products, and staying updated on regulatory requirements while meeting targets in a compliant and ethical manner.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain high-value accounts with expert guidance and promoting high level portfolios and other financial products.
• Cross-sell a broad set of products and services to existing customers.
• Analyze client interests, problems, and potential needs for new products and services.
• Process service requests for transfers with a low rejection rate in client certifications.
• Develop product knowledge and stay current on regulations through internal training.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets set by management.
• Adhere to laws governing Telesales in a complex sales environment.
• Maintain compliance by assessing risk and safeguarding Citi and its clients.
