Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial sales.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high value accounts by providing expert and professional advice and promoting high level portfolios and other financial products.
• Cross-sell an expansive set of products and services to existing customers through tailored offers.
• Analyze client interests, problems, and potential needs for new products and services.
• Process service requests to achieve transfers with a low rate of rejections in customer certifications.
• Develop product knowledge and stay current on applicable regulations through internal training.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets set by management.
• Adhere to laws governing Telesales practices in a complex sales environment.
• Assess risk and uphold Citi's reputation by driving compliance with laws, rules and regulations.
