Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Amazon Associates in a sort centre.
• Motivate, mentor and coach the team while ensuring safe, high-quality operations.
• Own process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure coverage for rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
