Job summary

Amazon Mexico is seeking an Area Manager for one of our Sort Centers to lead a team of hourly associates and drive safety, quality, and productivity to meet business goals.

You’ll partner with other Area Managers to balance labor, own performance metrics, and champion Lean initiatives. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays while supporting a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of hourly associates to meet productivity goals.
• Oversee safety programs and a safe work environment for all associates.
• Collaborate with other Area Managers to balance labor and improve efficiency.
• Identify and lead process improvements using Lean tools to delight customers.
• Own performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
