Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is hiring an Area Manager Jr. for one of our Fulfillment Centers. The role focuses on safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity while coordinating with other area managers to balance labor and meet goals.

You will lead a team of 50–150 hourly associates, drive Lean initiatives, and support 24/7 operations with flexibility for various shifts. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in oral and written communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 50-150 hourly associates by embodying Amazon's Leadership Principles.
• Identify and lead Lean process improvements to delight customers.
• Oversee safety programs and OSHA compliance to maintain a safe work environment.
• Support change initiatives and operate with speed in a large, 24/7 fulfillment setting.
