Qualifications

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 100-300 hourly associates by embodying Amazon’s Leadership Principles
• Engage with the team to maintain safety, quality, attendance and engagement across shifts
• Overtime availability during peak holiday season and as needed year-round
• Identify and lead process improvements using Lean tools to delight customers
