Job summary

Pacific International Lines (PIL) is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our Finance team in Mexico City. You will lead AR operations, control credit, and drive cash collection while collaborating with Commercial, Operations and Customer Service teams to enhance cash flow and reduce DSO.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in AR/credit control, ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), and strong Excel skills, with intermediate to advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in AR/credit control/collections.
• Experience leading teams.
• Experience with ERP (Oracle/SAP).
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day AR and collections.
• Monitor aging and recover overdue balances.
• Ensure accurate cash application and receivable reporting.
• Lead credit control and customer management.
• Support month-end closing and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Coach and develop AR team; collaborate with other functions.
