Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer relationship management and collections oversight.
• Monitor daily deposits and reconcile client accounts.
• Collect outstanding invoices and ensure timely cash receipts.
• Upload information to ERP system and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support month-end closings.
• Review Statements of Account (SOAs) and support management reporting.
