ESAB is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the North America O2C function from Monterrey, MX or Denton, TX. You will drive DSO improvements, cash flow optimization, and governance across Credit, Collections, and Cash Application while partnering with Sales, Operations, and Treasury.

The role requires 12+ years in AR and 7+ years in leadership, with strong SAP/SAP S/4HANA experience and English fluency; Spanish preferred. Travel and transformation initiatives are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
• 12+ years in AR, Credit & Collections, O2C, or Working Capital Management.
• 7+ years of leadership managing managers and dispersed teams.
• English fluency; bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, ERP implementations, and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute North America AR/O2C strategy aligned with financial/operational objectives.
• Lead regional Credit, Collections, Cash Application, and AR governance activities.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Treasury, and Legal to optimize working capital.
