Solera is seeking a detail-oriented AR Collections Specialist to join our finance team in Mexico City. You will manage the accounts receivable process, ensure timely billing, and optimize collection efforts to protect cash flow.

You will contact customers, negotiate payment terms, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate records. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Salesforce are preferred. This role offers growth in a global SaaS environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in accounts receivable collections or similar financial role.
• Knowledge of collections principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct proactive collections to minimize delinquency and ensure timely payments.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to discuss overdue invoices and negotiate payments.
• Resolve billing issues with internal teams and maintain accurate records of collections activities.
• Monitor AR aging reports to identify high-risk accounts and develop strategies.
