Job summary

Rapido Solutions Group seeks an AR Support Specialist to assist the Accounts Receivable team with invoicing and billing activity. You will ensure invoices and supporting documentation are submitted accurately and on time, monitor statuses in 4PL portals, and communicate issues for resolution.

The role requires careful attention to detail and comfort with multiple billing systems. You will upload PODs, BOLs, receipts, and other shipment records, and provide daily activity reports to the AR

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organization.
• Effective time-management and ability to handle high volumes of invoices.
• Comfortable navigating multiple customer portals and learning new billing systems.
• Basic understanding of invoicing, accounts receivable and transportation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit customer invoices through relevant portals.
• Enter billing information accurately (invoice numbers, dates, freight charges, accessorials).
• Verify invoices against internal records and upload supporting documents.
• Monitor invoice statuses and communicate issues to AR for resolution.
• Provide daily invoice submission records and inform AR Manager of outstanding issues.
