Responsibilities

• Completing accounts receivable as needed, billing functions and collections for Box and Service sales.
• Reconciling invoice details against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
• Process accounts payable, coding and entering supplier invoices in accounting software.
• Assist accounting with special reports, references, or data for audits.
• Verify and resolve invoice discrepancies and documentation.
