IMI plc is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to optimize and maintain IT applications across the organization. The role acts as a bridge between business needs and the IT support team to design solutions and implement new applications to boost productivity and efficiency.

The position requires collaboration with business stakeholders, strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and ERP systems, and experience with JDE and RFSmart integrations. Strong English skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Schooling required: Computer Engineering, Computer Systems or equivalent.
• 8 Years of experience in IT areas.
• Advanced knowledge in MS SQL Server (Transact SQL).
• Extensive experience in ERP modules such as Sales & Distribution (SD), MM and PP.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in JDE desirable.
• Experience in ERP integration with WMS (e.g. RFSmart), MES, CRM, EDI and logistics/shipping software.
• Knowledge of databases such as MS SQL Server, IBM DB2, Oracle and MySQL. Experience with label automation (Bartender).
• Knowledge in ASP.Net programming (C# and VB) and Python.

• Supporting end users by diagnosing and resolving system problems and errors.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to address IT issues.
• Analyze business processes and propose improvements.
• Assess customization needs to meet requirements.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and changes.
• Train end users on applications and tasks.
• Coordinate with IT support providers for enhancements.
• Monitor ServiceNow ticket queue and meet SLAs.
• Ensure applications stay on supported versions.
• Support environmental compliance and relate procedures.
