Oferta confidencial is seeking an expert in change management to guide prioritization of change requests and ensure alignment with business needs and IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of computers and software applications, plus system analysis and design principles, and familiarity with ERP, MES, eCommerce, and CRM tools to map new processes to IT solutions.

Formación

• Experience with change management processes and prioritization of change requests.
• Strong knowledge of computers and software applications.
• Strong system analysis and design knowledge.
• Familiarity with ERP, MES, eCommerce, CRM tools and mapping processes to IT systems.

Ideal candidate must be familiar with Change Management Process and Prioritization of Change Requests

• Knowledge of Computers and software application
• Well versed with System analysis and design principles
• Familiar with core principles and features of various IT systems, including but not limited to ERP, MES, eCommerce, CRM tools and able to map the new processes to IT Systems
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
