Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service excellence by supporting Plexus teammates through incident support, management and resolution.
• Help manage and deliver medium to complex IT projects and improvements.
• Translate business requirements into software requirements specifications where applicable.
• Contribute to system monitoring, problem management and proactive product improvements.
• Uphold cybersecurity posture by following policies, training, and reporting suspicious activity.
