Citi in Mexico City is seeking an Apps Support Intmd Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to support Citi applications and collaborate with technology partners. You will handle user issues, coordinate resolutions, and contribute to release and disaster recovery activities.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills and a good understanding of how support processes integrate with business objectives. This is a full-time on-site position with Citi’s technology teams.

Formación

• 2-5 years experience in applications support or related field.
• Basic knowledge of apps support procedures and other tech areas.
• Experience or interest in standardizing procedures and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provides technical and business support for Citi applications.
• Field issues and queries from stakeholders; provide short-term resolutions and coordinate remediation.
• Develops understanding of how apps support areas integrate to achieve business goals.
• Acts as liaison between users/traders, internal tech groups and vendors.
• Participates in disaster recovery testing and application releases.
