Job summary

Incora is seeking an AP Supervisor in Mexico to lead the Accounts Payable team, ensuring timely, accurate supplier payments and strong internal controls. You will drive process improvements, manage vendor data, and support global finance with day‑to‑day AP tasks.

As a senior SME, you will mentor clerks, oversee payment runs, and partner with the AP Manager to set targets and mitigate risks, while maintaining compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Significant accounts payable experience and best practices.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Experience in conducting the transition process beneficial.
• Experience of operating in an integrated ERP system beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be SME in Accounts Payable processes and guide Clerks to deliver timely, accurate services.
• Support and have delegated authority for payment runs and base data setups.
• Ensure monthly processing is completed within SLA.
• Provide oversight of payment runs including manual/urgent payments.
• Oversee vendor management setup in the system.
• Lead and audit AP function to ensure policy adherence and service quality.
• Support AP Manager with targets, plans and risk mitigation.
• Act as primary contact for AP questions across the organization.
