Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 7 years of experience, 3–5 years leading AP teams (10–12 members).
• Strong experience with AP processes and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Experience with audits, internal controls, and P2P processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Fluent Business English.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations across multiple legal entities.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing, compliance with tax regulations, and adherence to internal controls.
• Manage AP activities within ERP systems and other financial platforms.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, as well as internal and external audits.
• Monitor AP KPIs, reporting, cash flow forecasting, and working capital initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and best practices across AP operations.
• Lead intercompany reconciliations and collaborate with Purchasing, Treasury, Accounting, and other business areas.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the Accounts Payable team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
