Job summary

Alcon seeks a LATAM Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee AP and Travel & Expense operations across LATAM in a hybrid Mexico City role. You’ll ensure timely, compliant processing and lead process improvements.

You will monitor payment cycles, backlogs, and approvals, collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Shared Services, and drive AI-enabled automation and data visualization to raise efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.
• Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools.
• LATAM exposure and Shared Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense operations across LATAM.
• Manage payment cycles, invoice verification, and backlogs.
• Resolve escalated invoice, payment, and vendor issues with cross-functional teams.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and data insights.
