Sonepar México & Caribe is hiring an AP Invoice Processing Manager to lead a high-performing AP team and drive accurate, timely invoice processing. You will optimize processes, push continuous improvement, and partner with ERP and automation initiatives to raise service quality.

In this role you’ll oversee end-to-end AP activities, ensure compliance with controls, and mentor analysts to reach their full potential in a global organization. English proficiency required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations with strong AP Invoice Processing.
• 3+ years leadership experience managing Invoice Processing or AP teams.
• Advanced English (C1) required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Invoice Processing Analysts.
• Oversee end-to-end AP Invoice Processing.
• Manage invoice receipt, coding, validation, workflow routing, posting.
• Monitor invoice queues, workloads, and performance against SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in AP.
• Support ERP implementations and system enhancements.
