Teletrac Navman, a Vontier company, seeks an Accounts Receivable professional to support NZ and Australia ledgers from Monterrey. You will prepare customer balances, manage collections, handle inquiries, and drive timely payments while coordinating with global teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years AR experience, strong English communication, and solid Excel skills. SAP experience is a plus; collaboration and accountability are essential in a dynamic global environment.

Formación

• 2–5 years accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate experience with Excel.
• Experience in working with SAP is preferable.
• Credit control experience advantageous.
• Prior experience using SAP preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing customer balances for monthly Direct Debit payments.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts within Teletrac Navman New Zealand and Australia ledgers; document collection activities and schedule follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries and provide statements & invoice copies as required.
• Chase and collect overdue accounts via telephone, email, and written communication.
• Work with customers and internal personnel on credit holds and service disconnections as needed.
• Review customer credit requests and obtain approval before posting to Billing Team.
• Maintain positive relations and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Be active in team discussions and contribute ideas and solutions.
• Be proactive in problem-solving for fair resolutions.
• Use good judgment handling customer disputes.
• Participate in Daily Management activities for AR.
