Teletrac Navman is seeking an AR professional to support day-to-day accounts receivable activities and collections across multiple regions, including New Zealand and Australia. You will document collection actions, manage customer contacts, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, Excel proficiency, and experience with SAP, with opportunities to enhance credit control processes in a global setting.

Formación

• 2-5 years accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate experience with Excel.
• Experience in working with SAP is preferable.
• Credit control experience advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing customer balances for monthly Direct Debit payments.
• Take ownership of assigned AR accounts across NZ and Australia ledgers and document collection activities.
• Handle customer queries and provide statements & invoices as required.
• Chase and collect overdue accounts via phone, email, and written communication.
• Review credit requests and obtain approvals prior to posting.
