RS Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Analyst to manage and oversee the collection of outstanding accounts receivable from customers. You will work closely with the AR team, customers, and other departments to ensure timely payments and resolve issues related to receivables.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of experience in collections, strong knowledge of order-to-cash, and advanced English communication.

Formación

• 3–4 years of experience in Collections or Credit & Collections.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Contact key customers via phone, email, and letters to collect payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and terms with delinquent customers.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities in the system.
• Review aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
• Investigate billing discrepancies with billing team and customers.
• Prepare and send monthly statements to key clients.
