Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. You will own full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and locations, from sourcing through offers, using modern recruitment tools and our company standards.

You will partner with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build pipelines, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience, leveraging Workday and staying current with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual English/Spanish.
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across Mexico.
• Proficiency in Workday preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and locations.
• Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR partners.
• Use Workday to manage candidate pipelines and track metrics.
• Represent RXO at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and data.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team at RXO. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from identifying talent to extending offers, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier candidates who align with our company culture and values.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for a variety of roles across different departments and locations.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
• Represent RXO as an employer of choice at career fairs and other recruiting events.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment data.

Job Qualifications
