At SoftwareOne, we are looking for a recent graduate from a technology-related program who is interested in developing their career in a hybrid role as a Junior Operations Infrastructure Analyst. In this position, you will provide on‑site user support, ensuring efficient, personalized, and high‑quality service. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in incident and service request management, basic infrastructure support, equipment configuration and maintenance, and collaboration with various internal teams while participating in technology improvement initiatives focused on enhancing the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests and incidents through support management tools, performing diagnosis, follow‑up, and resolution of first‑level support issues.
• Provide remote and on‑site support for hardware, applications, connectivity, and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365.
• Install, configure, and perform basic maintenance of technology equipment and peripherals.
• Escalate incidents when necessary, ensuring compliance with established response and resolution times.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, inventories, and technology asset records.
