Responsabilidades

• Manage service requests and incidents with first-level resolution.
• Provide remote and on-site support for hardware, applications, connectivity, and Microsoft 365.
• Install, configure, and perform basic maintenance of technology equipment.
• Escalate incidents with established response and resolution times.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and technology asset records.
