SoftwareOne is seeking a Junior Operations Infrastructure Analyst in Mexico City for a hybrid, full-time role. Recent graduates from technology-related programs are encouraged to apply, with on-site user support and opportunities to learn incident and service request management alongside core infrastructure tasks.

The role focuses on assisting with hardware, Windows, MS 365, networking, and connectivity while collaborating with internal teams to improve the user experience.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in systems/IT/telecoms or related fields.
• No prior work experience required; suitable educational background suffices.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, remote connectivity, and hardware support.
• Familiarity with support management tools and best practices for handling incidents and service requests.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with different teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage service requests and incidents through support tools, performing diagnosis and resolution of first-level issues.
• Provide remote and on-site support for hardware, applications, connectivity, and productivity tools (Microsoft 365).
• Install, configure, and perform basic maintenance of technology equipment and peripherals.
• Escalate incidents when necessary, ensuring timely response and resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, inventories, and asset records.
