Justworks seeks an International Consultant based in Mexico City to guide complex cross-border employment issues and regulatory compliance for international customers. You will act as a trusted advisor handling jurisdictional guidance, benefits strategy, and global regulatory compliance while supporting strategic relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

The role focuses on expanding Justworks’ international footprint, mitigating risk, and delivering value to multinational clients.

Formación

• 8+ years in a customer-facing international HR role, with EOR expertise.
• Proven ability to manage strategic conversations and complex HR scenarios.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a consultative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for EOR services across the Americas, regulatory knowledge.
• Advise on cross-border employment nuances, terminations, and local labor standards to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Operations on trends and regulatory shifts for GTM strategy.
• Partner with Customer Success to manage high-value accounts with Americas-specific needs.
• Serve as escalation point for complex compliance or high-liability HR topics.
