Responsibilities

Participate in Cloud Contact Center implementation/optimization projects.
Adapt methods to create alternative solutions for moderately complex problems; align with senior direction.
Exercise judgment to determine solutions and seek guidance on complex issues.
Interact with supervisor and possibly peers/clients within Accenture.
Define methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
Decisions impact the team; contribute to project outcomes.
Lead small teams or work streams within a client or Accenture environment.
