Accenture is seeking a Consulting professional for the Strategy & Consulting - Global Network. You will drive transformation across marketing, commerce/sales and services, focusing on cloud contact center initiatives and digital roadmaps.

You will engage in design and implementation of AI chatbots, leverage analytics tools, and work with global teams to deliver client impact. Mexico City or Monterrey location.

Formación

• MBA from a top-tier institute is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Proven ability with NICE CXOne in cloud contact centers.
• Experience designing AI chatbots and digital roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in Cloud Contact Center implementation/optimization projects.
• Adapt methods to create alternative solutions for moderately complex problems.
• Understand strategic direction from senior management and align team goals.
• Interact with supervisor, peers, and client teams as needed.
• Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
