Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma, fluent in English and Spanish, and comfortable with technology. The role requires flexibility in shifts, potential training travel, and legal work authorization in Mexico.

Formación

• High school graduate required.
• Excellent interpersonal and language skills (English and Spanish).
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices; adaptable to new tech.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers in airport lobbies and at gates.
• Process tickets, fares, and routing to meet travel needs.
• Provide friendly, professional service to resolve travel issues and ensure memorable experiences.
• Anticipate customer needs while maintaining high safety and attendance standards.
• Work across shifts within a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
