Formación

• At least one year in customer service.
• Experience with CRM or customer service systems is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming and assisting passengers with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing check-in by verifying reservations and issuing boarding passes.
• Handling baggage and ensuring it reaches the destination.
• Guiding passengers during flight arrivals.
• Providing support during irregular operations.
• Selling tickets at locations without a franchise.
