Qualifications

• BA or BS Degree.
• Five+ years of experience in forwarder or shipping industry in operations / procurement.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Additional languages may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tender management process and regional kick-off.
• Document action items and timelines for trade manager and services.
• Compile data into final responses for regional tenders.
• Create region-to-region pricing and rate updates for commercial use.
• Support on-site carrier meetings and communications.
• Contribute to Air Services Procurement strategy discussions with Argentina branches.
• Guide procurement colleagues during branch setup and mentoring.
• Ensure timely responses to inquiries and adherence to policies.
