Buckland is seeking a MX Air Operations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage end-to-end operations for an assigned customer portfolio in Air Operations. The role requires coordinating with Customs Brokers, airlines, warehouses, and transport providers to meet customer priorities and timelines.

You will monitor KPIs and SLAs, provide timely updates, and escalate risks while maintaining strong customer relationships and operational visibility across Mexico.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Air Import/Export Operations or related customs work.
• Experience coordinating shipments and customs clearance in Mexico.
• Strong communication and proactive customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary operational contact for the assigned customer portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and response times.
• Provide timely shipment status updates and operational visibility.
• Coordinate with airlines, brokers, warehouses, and transport providers.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and escalate issues as needed.
