Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Air Logistics, ideally within Freight Forwarding.
• Experience in team leadership, customer management, and business development.
• Strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding, operations, finance, and P&L management.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Air Logistics Customer Care team, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
• Develop commercial strategies to achieve business objectives, increase profitability, and generate new opportunities.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through regular visits, understanding their needs and identifying business opportunities.
• Lead the implementation of new customers, ensuring smooth transitions and follow-up on initial shipments.
• Monitor customer KPIs, service performance, and operational processes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support and develop the team, setting priorities and driving performance.
• Manage departmental budgets, business forecasts, and act as an escalation point for key customers.
