Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Air Logistics.
• Knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Customer Service.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Proactively advise and support customers, monitoring air freight shipments, providing timely updates and anticipating issues.
• Handle customer claims and service-related issues, coordinating solutions to prevent disruptions and maintain service quality.
• Maintain accurate customer information, rates, and commercial agreements in internal systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Revenue, and domestic teams to meet service commitments and KPIs, billing, and pickups/deliveries.
• Monitor customer profitability (GP/KG) to ensure margins are achieved.
• Share knowledge with Sales and Account Management teams to support customer relationships.
