Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist in Monterrey. You will ensure an excellent customer experience by proactive support, shipment monitoring, and timely issue resolution.

You will collaborate with Operations, Revenue, and domestic teams to meet service KPIs and maintain accurate data in internal systems. The role requires 2+ years in Air Logistics, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and advanced English.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Air Logistics.
Knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Customer Service.
Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Proactively advise and support customers, monitoring air freight shipments and providing timely updates.
Handle customer claims and service-related issues, coordinating solutions to prevent disruptions.
Maintain accurate customer information, rates, and commercial agreements in internal systems.
Collaborate with Operations, Revenue, and domestic teams to meet KPIs and ensure timely pickups/deliveries.
Monitor customer profitability and share insights with Sales and Account Management teams.
