Responsibilities

Coordinate air freight operations, ensuring shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
Manage the coordination of transportation activities, working closely with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor shipment progress, proactively identifying and following up on operational issues or delays.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company standards, and customer requirements.
Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.
Contribute to cost optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the implementation of new accounts and collaborate with different teams to ensure a seamless operational transition.
