is seeking an analytical, execution-oriented Air Operations Enablement Manager to transform scattered air initiatives into a scalable network capability across Mexico. You will lead carrier onboarding, launch readiness, and cross-functional program execution to enable rapid growth. You will partner with Air Operations, Network, AvSecy, Finance, Legal, Tech and airline partners to design governance models and repeatable launch mechanisms that

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related field experience.
• Experience driving improvement programs in operations, engineering and support fields.
• Experience in process design and documentation.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Launch and scale new capabilities across the network.
• Visit airports to support new operational launches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to close process gaps and accelerate execution.
• Balance short-term priorities with longer-term improvements.
• Dive into data to review performance and improve scalability.
