The role emphasizes strong English communication, experience with chatbot platforms and CRM tools, and the ability to resolve inquiries via automated systems.

Formación

• Experience in bot development and chatbot systems.
• Experience in customer service or similar roles.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Excellent English communication; able to work with clients across the organization.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement efficient processes to route bot users to business-side experts, ensuring a seamless connection and user experience.
• Recommend and implement strategies to increase bot engagement and adoption, promoting the bot as a preferred communication channel.
• Improve the bot experience by analyzing user feedback and implementing improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and SME input for the bot.
• Manage a portion of incoming inquiries, providing customer support through automated bot systems.
