SimplyPMG is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design and optimize bot-driven processes that connect users with business experts. You will drive engagement, analyze feedback, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain up-to-date bot knowledge and capabilities.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, experience with chatbot platforms and CRM tools, and the ability to resolve inquiries via automated systems.

Formación

• Experience in bot development and chatbot systems.

Description

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will help implement processes and ensure that bots meet clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient processes to route bot users to business-side experts, ensuring a seamless connection and user experience.
• Recommend and implement strategies to increase bot engagement and adoption, promoting the bot as a preferred communication channel.
• Improve the bot experience by analyzing user feedback, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and subject matter expertise, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to the bot.
• Manage a portion of incoming inquiries, providing customer support and resolving questions through automated bot systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience in bot development.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Familiarity with chatbot systems and their functionalities is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to work with clients across the organization.
• Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
