Job summary

MongoDB Inc. is building a Technical Services capability in Mexico City to help customers build, deploy, and operate AI applications using our platform. This early hire will shape how we support customers, collaborate with Engineering and Product, and establish technical practices from the ground up.

The role focuses on investigating issues across application behavior, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data services, while delivering clear guidance and runbooks to customers and teammates.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant technical experience, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
Experience with cloud-native platforms and distributed systems.
Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

Help customers build, deploy, and operate AI applications on MongoDB platform.
Investigate issues across languages and systems, including Go, TS, and Python services and agent implementations.
Troubleshoot Docker and Kubernetes workloads and cloud infrastructure.
Create knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, diagnostic scripts, and reusable runbooks.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, and other teams on escalations and product improvements.
