Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an on-call SRE in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with production incidents.
• Deep AWS knowledge with multi-AZ and multi-account architectures.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

• Own the incident response and outcomes during your shift.
• Build and maintain AI agents for operational efficiency.
• Execute production changes while guarding uptime.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Generalize findings into reusable agents or runbooks.
